Harissa Noodles

Veggie Harissa Broth Noodles

Chilli broth, noodles, and roasted veg. It’s sooooo good!


Veggies (e.g. Sprouts and green beans)
Red pepper
Red chilli
Coconut milk
Harissa paste
Veggie Stock
Chilli flakes
Lemon juice


💜Prep some veg for roasting (I used green beans and sprouts, but anything you fancy is good), and coat with a splash of olive oil and some Worcestershire sauce. Roast in oven. 

💜For the broth; Gently fry 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced red chilli. 

Add tin of coconut milk, half a pint of veggie stock, red pepper slices, harissa paste, dried chilli flakes, paprika, turmeric, lemon juice. Simmer for 5-10 mins. 

💜Meanwhile, prep two blocks of noodles according to pack instructions. 

💜Plate up; Broth, then add noodles and top with the veg and a sprinkle of dried chilli flakes. Enjoy!
