- We will spend time gathering information from you in order to create your bespoke plan.
- A training plan, with progressive changes as necessary, to meet your goals. The plan will be home or gym-based.
- Bespoke meal plan or macro plan, incorporating your favourite foods.
- Check ins (weight, measurements, macros, plus how you feel and your moods).

- Whats app support.
- Membership to a private FB group for group support, ideas and accountability.
- Lifting technique guide.
- Core and Glutes guide.
- Stretch and flow guide for recovery.
What we expect from you
Starting a new training programme takes a big commitment from you, in order to integrate the programme into your lifestyle. Therefore, we need our clients to show:
