At the Studio or in your own home. Sessions are 45 minutes and are bespoke to you.
PT will involve initial and ongoing consultation to develop goals, plans and to monitor progress.
All plans will include support with nutrition.

Small group Personal Training and Classes
Train with others and enjoy the social-side as you get fit and learn new techniques.
Many people are worried about joining in with a new class, but at First Love Yourself we are welcoming, friendly and supportive, so everyone finishes each class with a smile on their face. We are all in it together! Classes are capped at 8 people so you get PT-style support.
£8 drop-in. Packages are available. Specialised group challenges take place throughout the year; eg. ‘Learn to Lift’, ‘Stronger Together’, ‘Team HIIT’, ‘Box Together’.
